As per the reports given by the “State of the Housing Market”, as of now the housing market is in the booming stage. The market has witnessed lower rates of mortgage interest, a significant number of homes sold and minimum number of homes underwater, DIY store market and lot more.

However, there are some sorts of blockages and they are related to the housing shortage. And this is what comes from the sources.
